2. Use License and API Access

Permission is granted to explore public files, search the registry, copy prompt snippets for agent configurations, and use our REST search endpoints. This is a license grant, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:

Use the database index or APIs for heavy commercial scrapers that cause service degradation or rate-limiting.
Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or flood the SQLite backend or systemd services.
Remove any copyright, trademark, or creator metadata from the indexed repositories.

3. Disclaimer

The materials and code configurations indexed on SkillMD are provided on an 'as is' basis. SkillMD makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Furthermore, SkillMD does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, safety, or reliability of the user-submitted or public-scraped SKILL.md code files.

4. Limitations

In no event shall SkillMD or its team be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the registry or prompts, even if SkillMD or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Govering Law

Any claim relating to SkillMD shall be governed by the laws of the operating country, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
