Quality Rules
- Be specific — Name actual schools, stores, parks, employers. No generic filler.
- Use real data — Every stat should come from a search result. If data is unavailable, say so.
- Compare contextually — Always compare to city and national averages, not in isolation.
- Note data recency — Flag when data is older than 12 months.
- Avoid bias — Present demographics factually without value judgments.
- Disclose gaps — If you cannot find data for a section, state it clearly rather than guessing.
- Conservative scoring — When in doubt, score lower. Better to under-promise.
- No emojis — Use text-based ratings only.
