Grounds on the specs/ constitution, picks the next roadmap phase (or takes a pasted requirement), interviews the user, then writes specs/YYYY-MM-DD-<slug>/{requirements,plan,validation}.md against this repo's real contracts (GraphQL + codegen, Drizzle/D1, Apollo resolvers, Zod, LangGraph) and enforced gates. First step of the Spec-Driven loop (feature-spec → feature-implement → feature-validate).
