Workflow

Load voice spec (or methodology Phase A fallback). Refuse if missing.
Load tim-maines/youtube/best-practices.md (mandatory). Apply Viewer Satisfaction Score signals, CTR-driven thumbnails, AVD targets, retention-curve cold-open, Shorts vs long-form distinct rules.
Load accounts JSON, confirm youtube account exists.
Generate title (curiosity gap, 60-70 chars), description (timestamps, links, top-3 hashtags above title), tags (long-tail + brand). Confirm with user before publish.

Limits and caveats

Schedule = upload as private, public at scheduled time (verify Zernio's behavior on first test post).
Shorts: vertical 9:16, < 60 seconds, hook in 1 second, loopable.
Long-form: cold-open 0-15s carries the retention curve; thumbnails drive CTR more than titles.
AI-generated content needs disclosure label per YouTube 2025 rules.
Test & Compare title variants is YouTube-native, not exposed via Zernio API (do manually in Studio).
