Use this skill whenever the user wants to filter inbound leads against ICP criteria, check against customer blacklists, route leads to salespeople by territory or segment, handle website visitor triggers (RB2B), or find CEO connections for executive intros. Also trigger when the user says 'qualify these leads', 'route to the right rep', 'filter out existing customers', 'a visitor hit our website', or any task about deciding what to do with incoming leads.
