Sovereign PR Review pipeline — the $0 replacement for Anthropic's $25 Claude Code Review. Push → GitHub webhook → Cloud Tasks → Qwen daemon → auto-review → auto-merge. NEVER use browser subagents for PR creation. NEVER manually create PRs on GitHub. All PRs route through scripts/auth_github_app.py --push and the automated webhook pipeline. Updated: v2.0 — Now includes Claude Code's commit-push-pr.ts patterns, review.ts local review prompt, and security-review.ts pipeline. Integrates with claude_pr_auto_trigger.py for automated end-to-end PR lifecycle.
