Use this skill when the user wants to set up OBS, record their screen/webcam, fix an oval/squished webcam circle, or get a repeatable recording config. This is the RECORD front-end of the video pipeline — pairs with `video-editor` (edit the recordings) and `hyperframes`/`higgsfield-connector` (generate B-roll/captions).
