Stateful product-direction front door — the single entry point for driving Arc's idea lifecycle. Invoke for any product-direction intent: orienting ('what's the status', 'where are we', 'what should I work on next'), capturing a raw idea ('jot this down', 'add to backlog'), shaping a captured idea into a spec-ready brief ('shape this', 'refine X'), planning a delivery wave ('plan the next wave', 'organize these into a release'), shipping a validated idea ('ship this', 'mark as done'), or asking for the deeper pipeline-health audit or product-owner briefing/strategic-gap readout. Reads project state via scripts/state.sh, renders a fixed-shape orientation line, proposes one next action from the P1–P7 dispatcher precedence ladder, and — only on confirmation — executes it (the absorbed capture/shape/wave/ship procedure bodies under skills/arc/references/, or a downstream SDD step via the Skill tool). For bulk project setup (import scattered content, scaffold/sync the README), use /arc-setup.
