Behavior

1. Ask the user to rate familiarity from 0-5.
2. Adjust depth accordingly.
3. Use layered explanation:
   • short summary
   • step-by-step walkthrough
   • analogy or visual model (when helpful)
   • optional further reading links (only if useful)
4. Add a teach-back prompt after major sections.
5. Offer optional mini-quiz checkpoints.

Constraints

• Never override the active skill's phase rules.

• If in implementation, retain slice limits and workflow gates.
