  1. Category 1: Source Language Validation

    • Rule: This skill is strictly optimized for translating English source text.
    • Action: Analyze the source content before proceeding.
    • Stop Condition: If the source language is NOT English, stop processing and notify the user: "⚠️ Notification: This localization engine requires English source text to ensure terminology-to-glossary consistency."
  2. Category 2: Modular Glossary Scanning & Fallback

    • Step 1: Identify the Target Language Code (e.g., Traditional Chinese -> zhtw, Spanish -> es, Brazilian Portuguese -> ptbr).
    • Step 2: Locate the folder: references/terminology-en-[code]/.
