This legacy demo skill is disabled because direct dispatch has been removed.

Use the session-centered runtime instead:

1. Read RUNTIME.md, TARGETS.md, and SKILLRUNTIME.md.
2. Select an enabled target and one of its supported skills.
3. Append a pending session to SESSIONS.md.
4. Let the runtime watchdog claim and execute the session.
