Inventories dependency licenses via a stdlib-only node_modules runner, checks SPDX compatibility vs the project's declared license, flags copyleft contamination (AGPL-in-SaaS headline), verifies project-license consistency across declarations, and checks attribution/NOTICE compliance. Five sonnet auditors. Standalone — not wired into /pharn-ship. The first Tier 3 audit. Not legal advice — consult counsel for compliance attestation.
