Grammar Syntax Guide
gram.y uses Yacc/Bison notation:
- UPPERCASE: Terminal tokens (keywords like
CREATE,TRIGGER) - lowercase: Non-terminal rules (references to other grammar rules)
|: Alternative syntax optionsopt_*: Optional elements (can be empty)*_list: Recursive list constructs
