Time Off Policies

PTO

  • US: [FILL: unlimited/X days, approval process, blackout periods]
  • Poland: 20-26 days statutory + [FILL: Apollo additional]
  • Mexico: [FILL: statutory + Apollo additional]
  • [FILL: other countries]

Company holidays

  • [FILL: list global shutdown days, e.g., Dec 25-Jan 1]
  • Regional holidays: Each country observes local public holidays
  • [FILL: link to holiday calendar by country]

Parental leave

  • US: [FILL: weeks, paid/unpaid, eligibility]
  • Poland: Per Polish law (20-37 weeks maternity + 2 weeks paternity) + [FILL: Apollo top-up]
  • [FILL: other countries]

Sick leave

  • [FILL: by country — some statutory, some Apollo-specific]

How to request time off

  1. Submit in [HRIS tool name]
  2. Notify your manager
  3. For extended leave (>2 weeks), also notify People Ops

Approval chain

  • Manager approves PTO
  • People Ops approves leave of absence, FMLA, parental leave
