Transform fast spec into a set of tasks executable without additional analysis Preserve consistency: each task must trace back to AC and architecture decisions Immediately after proto-spec, within the same planning iteration When a short, executable MVP backlog is needed decomposition-strategy planning-change-inventory planning-scope-minimization planning-estimation Proto-spec (requirements, AC, architecture constraints, file map) Release priorities and available team capacity Technical dependencies and implementation sequence Split requirements into vertical increments (value-first) Map each task to AC and concrete codebase changes Determine execution order by dependencies and risks Add mandatory validation tasks (tests/observability/review) Verify each task is independent, testable, and scope-bounded
