Surface the **status of the anchor** into the anchor's per-anchor section of the global `~/ob/kmr/Q.md` dashboard (per F075, 2026-05-19 — per-anchor Triage files retired; Q.md is the single triage surface). Body has up to 5 H2s (Active / Ready / Now / Next / Later — Later only surfaces items carrying `[Questions]` or `[Verify]` brackets per 2026-05-20; Icebox never rendered). Source order from the backlog, one bullet per qualifying item. Status brackets carry counts (`**[3 Questions]**`, `**[Verify]**`). H1 banner has an anchor TAG (`[U]` / `[A]` / `[U+A]` / `[G]` / `[-]` / `[]`) and pipe-grouped totals. À la carte questions live in the sibling `{NAME} Questions.md` facet — Triage carries one bullet line linking to it directly under the H1.
