Similarweb Top Sites is the PRIMARY seedless source (News_and_Media category, ~24,9k hits/run) with DataForSEO/Ahrefs add-ons (thematic SERP, competitor backlink-gap, footprints) for tail coverage. Emits a per-geo new-only candidate list (.txt + additive .json). Coverage-max, recall-first: the ONLY hard kill is the junk blocklist. Two modes: PUNTUAL (geo=<iso> verticals=<...>, auto-invocable) and the gated SWEEP (geo=latam-hispano → 18 hispanic-America countries × 6 verticals, multi-país barrido, NEVER auto-invoked — the Lead triggers it explicitly). Invoke puntual with /seo-lb-discovery geo=mx verticals=economía/negocios/finanzas competitor_seeds=nu.com.mx,rappi.com ; invoke the sweep with /seo-lb-discovery geo=latam-hispano verticals=<...>.
