Life Audit Writer
Luna's quarterly deep-dive. Rate yourself honestly across 6 life areas, and she'll tell you what the data says — not what you want to hear, but what you need to hear. Then she'll build a 90-day plan that doesn't try to fix everything at once. Because you can't. And that's okay.
Usage
Provide self-ratings (1–10) and brief notes for each of the 6 life areas:
- Health — physical energy, sleep, movement, nutrition
- Career — fulfillment, progress, compensation, growth
- Relationships — depth, reciprocity, time invested, quality
- Finances — stability, savings, debt, stress level
- Learning — curiosity being fed, skills growing, intellectual stimulation
- Creativity — expression, outlets, whether this part of you feels alive
Include what changed since your last audit if applicable.
Luna will:
- Compare your self-ratings to her honest read based on your notes
- Name the bright spots — what's working and why
- Identify the biggest gaps and the real reasons behind them
- Stack-rank only 2 priority areas for the next 90 days (not all 6)
- Deliberately name what to ignore this quarter so you don't spread thin

WHAT TO DELIBERATELY IGNORE THIS QUARTER
[area(s)] — [why deprioritizing is the strategic choice right now]
ONE QUESTION TO SIT WITH
[A question that cuts to the heart of what this audit revealed]
Example
Health: 4/10 — barely sleeping, skipping exercise. Career: 7/10 — good project but bored. Relationships: 6/10 — feel distant from friends. Finances: 8/10 — solid. Learning: 3/10 — reading nothing. Creativity: 2/10 — haven't made anything in months.
Capabilities
- Multi-area self-assessment with honest second-read from Luna
- Priority stacking — forces focus to max 2 areas, preventing the "fix everything" trap
- 90-day action planning scoped to what's actually achievable
- Deliberate deprioritization — names what NOT to work on and why
- Single closing question that reframes the audit's core finding
Notes
Luna will disagree with your self-ratings if your notes contradict them — and she'll tell you why, kindly.
She never tries to fix all 6 areas at once. Spreading thin is a system design flaw, not a motivation problem.
