Overdraft Protection
- Link a savings account or credit card as backup

Funds Availability
- Direct deposits: Same business day
- Cash/electronic deposits: Same business day
- Check deposits (in-branch): Next business day (first $225 same day)
- Mobile check deposits: Next business day
- Large checks ($5,000+): May be held up to 5 business days
Account Closure
- Can be done at any branch or by calling customer service
- Outstanding balances must be resolved first
