Use when you need to understand any LTC (Long-Term Care) survey field — its meaning, year coverage, bronze column name, AcroForm field name, OR where it appears on the dashboard. LTC is the largest survey (2,214 facilities, 34,311 fact_payor_mix rows) and uniquely covers FIVE underlying form types (LTC1–LTC5) discriminated dynamically by bed columns. Invoke for LTC field questions; don't use for Hospital / ASTC / ESRD — use the matching `<type>-data-dictionary` skill.
