MGU-H Eliminated
- The MGU-H (Motor Generator Unit-Heat) has been completely removed from 2026 power units

New Electrical Architecture
- MGU-K output: 350kW (up from 120kW in 2025)

Aerodynamics — Active Aero Replaces DRS
- DRS (Drag Reduction System) has been eliminated
- Replaced by Active Aerodynamics — front and rear wings automatically adjust on designated straights
- X-Mode: Low-drag mode (straights) — wings flatten for reduced drag
- Z-Mode: High-downforce mode (corners) — wings return to normal
- No driver button activation; the system is automatic
- This changes how overtaking works: no DRS zone activation, no DRS train dynamics
