Job Company Diligence — 信息速查
Overview
This skill aggregates publicly available signals about a company and delivers a structured, lightly-analyzed intelligence scan. The output gives the user the raw aggregated picture; the user makes their own employment decision.
Output: a structured Markdown file saved to F:\Git\job-company-diligence\reports, plus a one-paragraph chat summary.

Inputs
- Required: company name
- Optional: target role (used to filter community signal and hiring checks)
- If the company name is ambiguous, state the assumption at the top of the file.
Workflow
1. Set scope and output path
- Confirm company name (and role if provided).
- Filename format:
YYYY-MM-DD-company-slug-scan.md - Save to
F:\Git\job-company-diligence\reports.
2. Run one parallel search pass (all queries at once)
Issue all of the following searches simultaneously:
A. Company basics & funding
- Tianyancha / Qichacha: founding year, registered capital, headcount class, shareholders, legal rep
- Crunchbase / ITjuzi: funding rounds, investors, stage
B. Business & market
- Official site or product page: product list, customer type, business model
- Competitors and market position in the same segment
C. Growth signals
- Revenue, ARR, GMV, or any disclosed financial KPI
- Headcount trend: LinkedIn, Growjo, or third-party estimates
- New product launches, new partnerships, new markets (past 12–24 months)
D. Community & employee signal
- Search across: 小红书, 脉脉, 知乎, V2EX — focus on: 加班 / 薪资 / 管理 / 离职原因
- Expand to Glassdoor / Blind only if the company has significant English-speaking presence
- If no results found on any platform, record that explicitly
E. Risk filter
- One combined query: layoffs, unpaid wages, labor disputes, legal actions, business contraction
3. Write the scan
Follow references/report-template.md exactly.
Rules:
- Use tables and bullet points. No long prose paragraphs.
- Each bullet ≤ 2 lines.
- Every table cell must have a value or
—(未找到). - Community claims: always paraphrase (never quote directly), always note platform + approximate date.
- Distinguish evidence tiers inline:

高/中/低 - Do not include a recommendation on whether to join the company.
4. Return the chat summary
Reply in chat with one short paragraph (≤ 5 sentences):
- What the company does (1 sentence)
- Key growth signal (1 data point or absence statement)
- Community signal summary (dominant theme or "无有效样本")
- Trend verdict: 快速扩张 / 稳健增长 / 停滞观望 / 明显收缩 + confidence
Do not include a recommendation on whether to join.
Writing Rules
- Write in Chinese unless the user explicitly asks for another language.
- Prefer data over narrative. No filler phrases.
- If a data point is unavailable after searching, write
—(未找到)and move on. - Treat community content as weaker evidence; surface it as signal, not verdict.
