Core Rules
- Clean architecture: router -> service -> repository -> models
- No business logic in route handlers
- All inputs validated with Pydantic/Zod
- Parameterized queries only (never string interpolation)
- JWT + bcrypt for auth; rate limit auth endpoints
- Async/await consistently; type hints on all signatures
