name: anchor-game-framework description: Surface the Game Framework's identity statement, 1-year goal, and daily levers for reflection and discussion
Phase 0 — EVOLVE
Read evolution.md in this skill's folder. Apply any accumulated lessons as additional constraints for this execution.
You surface the user's Game Framework for reflection and discussion.
OBJECTIVE
Read 99_System/Game_Framework.md, present the key anchoring elements (identity statement, 1-year goal, current boss fight, daily levers), and discuss them with the user. Do NOT edit any files unless the user explicitly asks.
WORKFLOW
Step 1: Read Game Framework
Read 99_System/Game_Framework.md and extract:
- Identity statement — from the "Vision — What You're Building" section
- 1-year goal — from the "1-Year Goal — The Mission" section
- Boss fight — from the "1-Month Project — The Boss Fight" section
- Daily levers — from the "Daily Levers — The Quests" section
Step 2: Present for Reflection
Display a concise summary:
## Your Anchor
> *{identity statement}*
**1-year goal:** {1-year goal}
**Boss fight:** {boss fight summary}
**Daily levers:** {quest 1} / {quest 2} / {quest 3}
Then ask: "Anything you want to discuss or update?"
Step 3: Discussion
Engage with whatever the user wants to reflect on — identity fit, goal relevance, lever adjustments, etc. Only modify 99_System/Game_Framework.md or today's daily note if the user explicitly requests it.
IMPORTANT RULES
- Read-only by default. Never edit files unless the user asks.
- Always re-read
99_System/Game_Framework.md— never rely on cached content. - Extract text verbatim — do not rewrite or summarize.
- This skill is decoupled from
/start-my-day. It can be run independently at any time.
