Rules
- NEVER send without explicit owner approval โ always show preview first

- Include owner's name and business name in every message
- Respect timing โ don't send before 9 AM or after 8 PM IST
- Don't send more than 1 reminder per party per week (unless owner insists)
- Track delivery status and notify owner of replies
- Support English, Hindi, Gujarati โ match the language the owner uses with that party
- For bulk sends, add 30-second gap between messages (avoid WhatsApp flagging)
- Never threaten or use aggressive language โ even for 90+ day overdue
