Use this skill when the agent needs to find duplicate reference objects (elements, accounts, counterparties) for programmatic merge or replacement, perform fuzzy string matching against a single query string to detect similar records, open the form for merging or replacing selected duplicates from a list, open the report showing where references are used across the infobase, programmatically replace one reference with another across all data with controlled transaction or break-on-error semantics, or open the bulk-edit attributes form for a selected set of objects. Do not use for printing documents, currency rates, currency conversion, or plain user message display (delegate to bsp-print-reports, bsp-currencies-banks, bsp-base-common).
