Use this skill when the agent needs to navigate the 1C BSP (StandardSubsystems) 3.1.11 codebase, locate the right common module for a subsystem, decode module name suffixes like Klient/Server/KlientServer/VyzovServera/Globalnyi/PovtIsp/Sluzhebnyi/Pereopredelyaemyi, distinguish stable API from internal API by region markers, or pick the correct subsystem out of the ~70 top-level subsystems. Do not use for writing code that calls specific BSP methods (delegate to bsp-base-common, bsp-users-access, bsp-print-reports etc.).
