Use this skill when the agent needs to sign data or a business object with a crypto certificate, verify a detached or attached electronic signature, read or add signatures from/to a referenced object, manage a personal or company certificate via the standard certificate form, check whether the electronic-signature subsystem is enabled in the current configuration, route signature/verification flows through the manager of cryptography abstraction, work with machine-readable powers of attorney (МЧД) registered with the FNS, attach an existing signature to an МЧД file, open the list of МЧД for a counterparty, create a new МЧД, or verify a stored signature against an МЧД on the Federal Tax Service register. Do not use for raw CryptoAPI calls bypassing the subsystem, for unrelated subsystems (DSS mobile signing service, file-and-versions, contact info), or for the safe storage helper API.
