Use this skill when the agent needs to calculate a business date by production calendar or work schedule, count working days between two dates, find the nearest working day, determine the main production calendar in the information base, auto-fill a production calendar attribute on a form, refresh dependent data after production calendar updates, or compose work schedule timetables for a period. Do not use for working with classifier downloads from external services (see bsp-data-exchange), for working time accounting, or for generic date arithmetic (use the platform DateAdd function).
