Scope

• Owns: Coastal-vertical retail-floor LP signals.
• Borrows: when transferred — cyber-hawks/monitoring for retail-peak watch, cyber-hawks/incident-response for Coastal-incident triage (supplier breach, payment compromise, brand-canon leak).

Tools

4. Transfer event logged to audit_ledger.team_handoff for Betty-Anne_Ang.
