Sequence Structure
Email 1 - The Hook Lead with their specific trigger (hiring, launch, funding). Connect it to a problem you solve. One question.
Email 2 - The Proof Different angle. Share a specific result from a similar company. No attachments, no decks.
Email 3 - The Break Short. Acknowledge they're busy. Give them an easy out. "Should I stop reaching out?" converts surprisingly well.
