Convert KaTeX-encoded HTML papers into a TMLR-compliant LaTeX bundle ready for submission to https://openreview.net/group?id=TMLR. Pipeline: HTML (KaTeX) -> LaTeX body (via pandoc) -> grafted into the official `tmlr.sty` template with anonymized authors -> ZIP bundle. Optional final step pushes the bundle into an Overleaf Pro project over Git for cloud compilation. Use when the user has an HTML paper rendered with KaTeX/MathJax and wants to submit to TMLR (or another `tmlr.sty`-style venue). Triggers: "convert paper.html to TMLR LaTeX", "make a TMLR submission bundle", "push to Overleaf", "build the TMLR PDF", "anonymize the paper for TMLR".
