3.2 The FedRAMP Board, not the JAB — current governance (chunks/01, chunks/03)

The 2022 Act created the statutory FedRAMP Board (44 U.S.C. 3610), and OMB M-24-15 retired the JAB P-ATO model — legacy JAB P-ATOs were re-designated by the FedRAMP PMO [OMB-M-24-15 §authority]. Do not describe the JAB as a current authorizing body.
