Walk the user through building their career management system.

The Conversation

  1. Ask for their current resume or list of achievements
  2. Extract achievements into Impact Library entries (ask about metrics)
  3. Draft top 3-5 STAR stories with algorithm labels
  4. Set up Applications/, Learnings/, Resumes/ directories
  5. Explain available commands: /tailor-resume, /prep-interview, /log-outcome

Important

  • Keep it conversational
  • Focus on getting metrics for every achievement
  • The entire setup should take about 10 minutes
  • Never show file paths or YAML
