Quick Start: 3-Step Process

Detailed Cloning Guide

Phase 1: Setup (15 min)

Phase 3: Branding (20 min)

  1. Update client/src/index.css

    • Line 10-30: Replace CSS variables with your brand colors
    • Use your config's branding.primaryColor, backgroundColor, etc.

  2. Replace logo files

  3. Update terminology throughout

    • Find/replace "sales rep" → your traineeRole
    • Find/replace "homeowner" → your aiRole
    • Find/replace "practice session" → your terminology

Phase 4: Coaching Prompts (15 min)

  1. Update server/routers.ts or create server/coaching-service.ts
    • Find the coaching feedback generation logic
    • Replace system prompt with your coachingPrompt.systemPrompt
    • Update user prompt template with your coachingPrompt.userPromptTemplate

Phase 5: Testing (30 min)

  1. Test TypeScript compilation

    pnpm exec tsc --noEmit

  2. Start dev server

    pnpm dev

  3. Test each persona + difficulty combination

    • Start practice session for each archetype
    • Verify AI behavior matches your config
    • Check coaching feedback quality

  4. Test all practice modes

    • Verify mode-specific instructions work correctly

Phase 6: Deployment (15 min)

  1. Update environment variables

    • Set VITE_APP_TITLE to your platform name
